Our Vision
The flavours of spain and italy in london
The Salt Yard family was born from our founders' experiences and love of eating and drinking throughout Spain and Italy. Our aim was to transfer all these experiences to the streets of London whilst adding in a generous splash of warm hospitality. We opened the doors of Salt Yard in Goodge Street in 2005 and now operate six restaurants across London. Salt Yard Group is now part of the Urban Pubs & Bars family. We proudly continue to celebrate all things Spanish and Italian with our food and our wine lists, run engaging culinary events throughout the year and host numerous private parties. We work closely with local charities as well as with the Sustainable Restaurant Association.
